Hatco Built-In Full-Size Heated Well

Hatco's HWB-FUL Built-In Full-Size Hot Food Well holds a variety of hot and fresh foods at safe-serving temperatures, with self-adjusting thermostats that read the actual temperature of the well and add heat only when needed. Includes a separate lighted On/Off rocker switch and temperature dial, allowing preset temperatures to be maintained. 50% larger drain with flat screen simplifies cleaning and holds pans level. HWB-FULD models are equipped with a drain; HWB-FULDA models are equipped with a drain and auto-fill. HWBL models are low watt; HWBH models are high watt. HWBRT models are UL recognized, but have the added benefit of allowing fabricators the freedom to design their own steam tables, and include a thermostatic control.
