Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legitimate business entity to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of your company.

Hospiverse India is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers), suppliers (manufacturers, distributors, brands), and consultants operating in the Indian hospitality (HORECA) sector. We act as an intermediary platform and are not a party to any transaction between users.

• List only products that you are legally authorised to sell in India
• Provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading product information, pricing, and specifications
• Not list counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe goods
• Respond to RFQs and buyer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Keep product listings updated — remove discontinued products promptly
• Comply with the listing limits applicable to your subscription plan
• Maintain all required business registrations, licences, and compliances applicable to your products (GST, FSSAI, BIS, etc.)

• Submit RFQs only for genuine procurement needs
• Not use the platform to collect supplier information for unsolicited marketing
• Not scrape, download, or reproduce supplier data outside the platform
• Conduct due diligence before entering into any transaction with a supplier

Supplier plans are billed annually or monthly as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which will be added at checkout.

• Plans are activated upon receipt of payment
• Downgrading a plan takes effect at the next billing cycle
• Non-payment may result in suspension of premium features
• The Company reserves the right to modify plan pricing with 30 days notice

You may not use the platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonate another company or individual
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or access controls
• Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
• Engage in any activity that violates Indian law
• Solicit users off-platform to circumvent the marketplace

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

The Hospiverse India platform, its design, technology, and proprietary content are owned by Hospiverse Technologies Private Limited. Product listings, images, and descriptions uploaded by suppliers remain the intellectual property of the respective supplier. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote your listings on the platform.

Hospiverse India operates as a marketplace intermediary under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products listed by suppliers
• Disputes arising from transactions between buyers and suppliers
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on information posted by other users
• Business losses, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind

Our aggregate liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by that user in the preceding 3 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. Suppliers whose accounts are terminated for cause will not be eligible for a refund. Users may close their own accounts at any time by contacting us at legal@hospiverse.in.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. The courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all matters not subject to arbitration.

We may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notice with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
