4. Security and Technical Misuse
You must not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, probe, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the Platform; bypass rate limits or authentication; test vulnerabilities without written permission; introduce malicious code; or use automated agents in a manner that harms users, security or service availability.
Search-engine indexing permitted by robots.txt, ordinary browser use and integrations expressly authorised in writing are not prohibited.
5. Synthetic and AI-Generated Content
You must not use AI or synthetic media to impersonate a real person, forge a document or certificate, fabricate a product, misrepresent an event, create non-consensual intimate material or otherwise violate law.
Where an uploaded audio, image or video is materially AI-generated or altered so that it may be perceived as real, you must accurately declare that fact and retain any label, watermark, metadata or provenance mechanism applied by Hospiverse. Routine good-faith editing, compression, accessibility improvement and formatting that do not change substantive meaning are not treated as deceptive synthetic content.
Hospiverse may label, restrict or remove synthetic content and preserve/report evidence where required.
6. Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews must reflect a genuine, recent experience and disclose any material incentive or relationship. Businesses must not review themselves, arrange fake reviews, suppress legitimate negative feedback through threats, or quote a customer without permission.
7. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, Hospiverse may warn the user; require correction or evidence; restrict visibility; withdraw a badge; remove or disable content; suspend features; terminate the account; preserve evidence; notify affected parties; or report to an authority where required.
Urgent action may be taken without advance notice for safety, security, child protection, intimate content, fraud, counterfeit goods, legal directions or serious infringement. Where appropriate, the user may respond through the Grievance Policy.
8. Periodic Notice
Hospiverse may remind users of these rules and the consequences of non-compliance at least once every three months through email, dashboard notice or another effective method.
9. Reporting
