Hospiverse-Owned Product Sales, Shipping, Returns and Warranty Policy
Effective date: 20 August 2026 · Version: 2026.08.20
This Policy applies only to products whose page and checkout expressly state "Sold by HOSPIVERSE INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED." It does not apply to third-party supplier or food-directory listings.
1. B2B Sales and Seller Identity
Hospiverse-owned product sales are intended for business use. The legal seller is:
HOSPIVERSE INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED
CIN U78100HR2026OPC148919
Registered Office: 306/5, Sector 5, Railway Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122006, India
Hospiverse does not sell food products under this Policy.
2. Product Information
The product page/order confirmation will identify model, quantity, price, seller, material specifications, warranty, delivery charges, expected dispatch/delivery and applicable certifications where relevant. Images may be illustrative only where clearly stated; the written model/specification controls.
3. Order Formation
An order is an offer to buy. Hospiverse accepts it only when it issues an acceptance/dispatch confirmation. We may reject/cancel before acceptance for stock error, obvious pricing error, legal restriction, failed verification, payment failure or delivery infeasibility, in which case payment received will be reversed/refunded.
4. Price, Tax and Invoice
The final checkout shows the amount payable and delivery/other charges. While Hospiverse is not registered under GST, it will not collect GST and will issue a commercial invoice/receipt without GST. Applicable GST will be charged and supported by a tax invoice only from the legally effective registration date.
Hospiverse should not enable pan-India own-product checkout until its GST and invoicing position has been approved.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through Razorpay or another disclosed authorised provider and settles to Hospiverse as seller. We do not intentionally store complete card details, CVV or UPI credentials.
6. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless the order expressly states a guaranteed date. The buyer must provide accessible, accurate delivery details and disclose site restrictions. Special equipment may require unloading, installation or commissioning not included in basic delivery.
Risk of loss passes on documented delivery to the buyer/authorised recipient, subject to rights concerning concealed damage or non-conforming goods. Title passes after full cleared payment unless the order states otherwise.
7. Inspection
The buyer should inspect packaging and visible condition at delivery and note visible damage/shortage on delivery evidence. Report:
- visible transit damage, shortage or wrong item within 48 hours; and
- a dead-on-arrival or material non-conformity reasonably discoverable on testing within 7 calendar days.
Provide order number, photographs/video, serial/model, packaging and description. These reporting periods assist investigation and do not remove mandatory rights or a longer written warranty for latent defects.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
A standard-stock order may be cancelled before dispatch through the order/support channel. Custom, made-to-order, configured, imported-on-order or already dispatched goods may be non-cancellable or subject to documented costs stated before purchase.
If Hospiverse cancels without buyer breach, payment received for the cancelled item will be refunded.
9. Returns
There is no general B2B change-of-mind return. A return may be approved where the product is materially defective, damaged in transit, wrong, short, not as expressly described, recalled, or otherwise returnable under mandatory law or a stated product-page promise.
Do not return an item without return authorisation. Unless inspection requires otherwise, return it complete with accessories, manuals, serial labels and reasonable original packaging. Hospiverse will not reject a legitimate defect claim merely because outer packaging was necessarily opened for inspection.
Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, improper power/water/site conditions, normal wear or installation contrary to instructions is not a product defect.
10. Remedies and Refunds
After inspection, Hospiverse may repair, replace, supply missing goods, provide an agreed credit or refund as appropriate to the defect and law. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method normally within 7–10 business days after approval/return inspection.
The subscription no-refund rule does not apply to a product-sale remedy.
11. Warranty
The product page/order states whether warranty is from Hospiverse or the manufacturer and its duration/scope. Manufacturer warranty is subject to its lawful terms, service network and required proof. Hospiverse will not describe a warranty as "comprehensive" if exclusions materially narrow it.
Installation/commissioning may be required to activate warranty. The buyer must retain invoice, serial and service records.
12. Compliance and Recall
Hospiverse will provide legally required seller/manufacturer/importer, country-of-origin, safety and packaged-commodity disclosures applicable to the product. We may contact buyers and arrange corrective action for a recall or serious safety issue.
13. Business-Use Limitation
Nothing excludes rights that mandatory law gives a qualifying purchaser. The B2B label does not remove a non-waivable remedy.
