For a third-party listing, the identified supplier — not Hospiverse — is the legal seller. Hospiverse provides discovery, listing, RFQ, comparison, introduction and communication support. The supplier and buyer negotiate, contract and settle payment directly. The supplier issues the invoice and is responsible for tax, delivery, product, warranty, return and recall.

Hospiverse is not a party to that product contract and does not guarantee either user's performance.

Hospiverse is seller only where the product page and checkout expressly state "Sold by HOSPIVERSE INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED." Those sales carry the obligations in the Hospiverse Product Sales Policy. This Disclaimer does not convert a Hospiverse sale into a third-party transaction.

Food listings are directory/referral listings. The food Seller is responsible for licence, food safety, labelling, storage, delivery, invoice, complaint and recall. "FSSAI licence/registration checked" is not FSSAI endorsement or a guarantee that a particular batch is safe.

Third-party product information is submitted or authorised by users and may change. Hospiverse may format and review content but cannot guarantee every specification, image, price, stock, certificate, model, delivery estimate or warranty. Confirm material details with the legal seller before contracting.

Badges report the defined evidence check described in the Verification Standards. They do not guarantee creditworthiness, authority for every SKU, product quality, legal compliance, delivery, payment or outcome.

GST, FSSAI, BIS, CE, ISO, authorised-dealer and other status must be understood according to the exact document and scope. CE marking is not automatically third-party approval; a licence/certificate for one entity, model, premises or territory does not cover every listing.

Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their owners. A listing does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, exclusivity or authorised dealership unless the Platform expressly states the verified relationship and current written evidence supports it.

Third-party prices may be indicative and may exclude tax, freight, installation or other charges. A quotation from the Seller controls. Comparative savings, response times, lead counts and market statistics are estimates unless supported by a stated methodology or signed service commitment.

Consultants are independent. Platform articles, calculators, AI output and communications are general information and not legal, tax, food-safety, medical, engineering, financial or other regulated advice. Obtain qualified advice for a decision requiring it.

Testimonials reflect the identified person's experience and do not guarantee results. Incentives must be disclosed. Ranking may consider relevance, completeness, location, verification, responsiveness and paid placement; paid/featured treatment is identified where required.

Hospiverse is not responsible for independent websites, payment providers, messaging services or third-party content merely linked or integrated, except for obligations it expressly undertakes or that law imposes.

Nothing in this Disclaimer authorises a misleading claim, removes an intermediary's statutory duties, excludes mandatory consumer/product rights or limits liability for fraud or other non-excludable matters.
