Hospiverse India (“Hospiverse”) is an independent B2B hospitality sourcing, discovery, and lead-generation platform. Hospiverse does not manufacture, own, stock, warehouse, distribute, sell, supply, warrant, or guarantee the products listed on the platform, unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Hospiverse is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended exclusively for commercial procurement by hospitality businesses including hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, catering operations, and related enterprises. Hospiverse is not a consumer-facing e-commerce platform and is not governed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 in respect of consumer transactions.

All trademarks, logos, product names, service marks, brand identifiers, and associated intellectual property displayed on Hospiverse belong to their respective owners. Hospiverse makes no claim of ownership over any third-party brand, trademark, or product identity.

References to specific brands, products, or manufacturers on Hospiverse are for identification and informational purposes only and do not constitute or imply any endorsement, sponsorship, certification, dealership status, authorised reseller relationship, partnership, or affiliation between Hospiverse and those brands or manufacturers, unless expressly confirmed in writing by both parties.

The presence of a brand, supplier, distributor, product, or service listing on Hospiverse does not represent or imply that:

• The supplier is an authorised dealer, distributor, or reseller of the listed brand.
• The listed brand has endorsed, verified, or approved the supplier's listing.
• Hospiverse has verified the accuracy of any claims made by suppliers regarding authorisation, dealership, or certification.
• Any commercial or contractual relationship exists between Hospiverse and the brand.

Buyers are solely responsible for verifying a supplier's authorisation, dealership status, or certification directly with the relevant brand or manufacturer prior to entering into any commercial transaction.

While Hospiverse endeavours to maintain accurate and current information on the platform, product specifications, pricing, availability, certifications, regulatory approvals, images, and descriptions are provided as general reference and may:

• Be subject to change by the brand, manufacturer, or supplier without notice to Hospiverse.
• Contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies introduced during data collection or submission.
• Not reflect the most current model, version, or specification of a product.

Users are strongly advised to independently verify all product information, certifications, pricing, and availability directly with the relevant manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or authorised representative before making any procurement decisions or commitments.

Where pricing is displayed on Hospiverse, such prices are indicative only and are provided by suppliers. Prices are subject to change without notice and may not reflect the final negotiated price for any transaction.

Unless explicitly stated, all prices displayed on Hospiverse are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable levies, duties, or taxes. The applicable GST rate will vary depending on the product category and the HSN code assigned by the supplier. Buyers are responsible for verifying the applicable tax treatment with the relevant supplier.

Hospiverse primarily acts as a discovery and lead-generation intermediary, facilitating introductions and enquiries between buyers and suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and service providers.

Hospiverse is not a party to any transaction, negotiation, contract, purchase order, or commercial agreement that may arise between a buyer and a supplier through or following use of the platform. Hospiverse accepts no responsibility or liability for:

• The quality, safety, fitness for purpose, or regulatory compliance of any product.
• Delivery, logistics, or fulfilment obligations of any supplier.
• Payment disputes, refund claims, or warranty obligations.
• Misrepresentations made by suppliers regarding their products, authorisations, or certifications.
• Losses arising from a user's reliance on information displayed on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hospiverse, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Reliance on any information displayed on the platform.
• Any transaction or commercial relationship initiated through the platform.
• Any failure, interruption, or unavailability of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits Hospiverse's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

This disclaimer and all matters arising from it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
