Subscription Plan and Price Schedule

This Schedule forms part of the Subscription Policy and applicable role terms. Checkout controls if it offers a lower promotional price and clearly identifies its duration. A higher or different charge may not be imposed merely because another page contains a conflicting amount.
1. Supplier Plans

Supplier plans are billed quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly — there is no monthly cycle. The one-time Business Activation fee is charged once per business account and is credited to the supplier's Hospiverse Advertising Credits, not refundable as cash. Supplier plans are for dealers, distributors, resellers and other third-party sellers. Plan entitlements — such as product-listing limits, promoted-product quotas, lead-unlock access, placement, analytics and Relationship Manager support — must be shown at checkout and in the account. All prices shown are before GST.
2. Buyers
Buyers do not subscribe to a plan. Browsing the marketplace, posting RFQs, receiving and comparing quotes, and messaging suppliers are free for buyers. Hospiverse may introduce optional paid buyer services in future; any such service will show its price and terms before purchase.

Pay Per Lead unlocks contact details for a single inquiry with no ongoing commitment. Monthly and Annual give unlimited lead unlocks for the billing period. Monthly and annual prices are separate choices. An annual price must not be described using the higher monthly price as though it were the annual monthly equivalent.
4. India Entry Programme
India Entry is not a self-service subscription. Programme scopes — India Scout, India Builder and India Leader — are custom-priced through a signed proposal/statement of work. The public page may state "Programmes from INR 3,00,000 per year" only if a genuine engagement is available at that starting price.
6. Billing and Renewal
Monthly plans are billed monthly and annual plans once for the year.
Paid plans automatically renew after express Razorpay mandate authorisation until cancelled.
Where a trial applies, paid billing begins on the disclosed conversion date unless cancelled first.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Paid periods are non-refundable except under the Subscription Policy.
7. GST and Total Price
HOSPIVERSE INNOVATIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is registered under GST (GSTIN: 06AAICH8718H1ZC), effective 31 August 2026. Applicable GST, if any, will be charged and shown on invoices in accordance with Indian tax law and the plan/checkout terms then in force.
Whether GST is charged on a given plan or service is as displayed at checkout / on the invoice. Custom order forms may state prices exclusive of applicable tax.
8. Promotions
Promotions must state eligibility, start/end date, price, renewal price and whether benefits expire. Personalised browser countdowns, invented scarcity and undisclosed post-trial prices are prohibited.
