Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased on the Hospiverse India platform operated by Hospiverse Technologies Private Limited. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a plan.
1. Annual Plans
Annual plans (Starter, Growth, Professional, Enterprise) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the payment date, provided:
- No more than 3 product listings have been submitted for review
- No RFQs have been responded to using the plan
After 7 days, no refund will be issued for annual plans. The plan remains active until the end of the paid annual period.
2. Monthly Plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — you will not be charged for the next month. No partial-month refunds are issued. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to your plan until the end of that billing period.
3. Free Plan
The Free plan is permanently free and does not involve any payment. No refund applies.
4. Global Brands Programme & Brand Direct Programme
These programmes are bespoke engagements scoped individually for each client. Refund terms are specified in the individual engagement contract signed at the time of onboarding. If no contract is in place, contact us at billing@hospiverse.in to discuss your specific situation.
5. Founding Partner Programme
Founding Partner pricing is locked in at a discounted rate for the agreed period. Refunds for Founding Partner plans follow the same 7-day window as annual plans. The discounted rate is non-transferable.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@hospiverse.in within the eligible window with:
- Your registered email address
- Your company name
- The payment date and transaction reference
- Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. GST charged on the original transaction will be refunded in full where applicable. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Plan Downgrades
Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan does not entitle you to a refund of the difference. The downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. Your listings will be adjusted to comply with the new plan's limits at that point.
9. Suspension for Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the time remaining in their subscription period.
