Consultant Marketplace Terms

Consultants are independent businesses/professionals, not employees, partners, agents or authorised representatives of Hospiverse. Listing or verification does not mean Hospiverse supervises, endorses or guarantees professional advice.

A Consultant must accurately disclose identity, business name, qualifications, experience, location, specialties, registrations/licences where required, conflicts and professional-insurance status where relevant. A credential badge reflects only the check described in the Verification Standards.

Profiles, portfolios, case studies, testimonials and results must be truthful, authorised and non-confidential. Do not claim qualifications, clients, savings, awards or project outcomes without evidence and permission.

Hospiverse introduces a prospective client. Unless a written arrangement expressly states otherwise:

• the Consultant and client agree scope, fee, timeline and deliverables directly;
• payment is made directly to the Consultant;
• the Consultant issues the invoice and handles tax;
• the Consultant is responsible for professional quality, confidentiality, intellectual property and legal compliance; and
• Hospiverse is not a party to the consulting engagement.

The Consultant must act with reasonable skill and care, disclose conflicts, protect client data, avoid regulated advice outside their competence/licence, and comply with applicable professional and advertising rules.

Use client data only for the enquiry and resulting engagement. Do not sell, scrape or add the person to unrelated marketing without valid permission. Confidential requirements and documents must be protected.

Consultant Free: free

Consultant Pro: INR 1,499 monthly or INR 11,999 annually

Consultant Elite: INR 3,499 monthly or INR 29,999 annually

Pro and Elite may include a 14-day free trial. The Plan Schedule and Subscription Policy govern features, trial conversion, automatic renewal, cancellation and no-refund treatment.

Priority/featured placement is relative and subject to relevance and inventory. No plan guarantees a minimum enquiry, engagement, fee or revenue unless a signed order states an express commitment and remedy.

Consultants must not manipulate reviews or retaliate against good-faith feedback. Engagement disputes are primarily between Consultant and client. Hospiverse may facilitate communication or restrict a profile but does not adjudicate professional liability.

Hospiverse may require evidence, correct or remove content, withdraw verification or suspend/terminate a Consultant for misrepresentation, misconduct, repeated substantiated complaints, privacy misuse, non-payment or legal/safety concerns.

The Consultant will indemnify Hospiverse against third-party claims caused by the Consultant's advice, service, infringement, confidentiality/privacy breach, tax failure, misrepresentation or legal non-compliance, except to the extent caused by Hospiverse.
