The HZMH Heated Zone Merchandiser from Hatco holds hot packaged food products at safe-serving temperatures using instant-on, individually-zoned overhead ribbon elements that are combined with heated shelves with separate front and rear heating elements, significantly reducing energy consumption. Designed for short-term food holding. Spot-On® Technology turns overhead heat on only when product is present in that zone, while the base heat goes from energy-saving mode to the set temperature. HZMH models are horizontal, single shelf units. Available in all Designer colors (standard Designer Black) to match your décor.
