The Hatco HCWBIR Remote Drop-In Hot/Cold Food Well provides the ultimate flexibility and versatility, incorporating both a Refrigerated Well and Heated Well into one cold/hot well unit to hold pre-chilled and hot foods at their optimum serving temperatures. The remote configuration offers design flexibility for fabricators. Includes auto-defrost, easy serviceability, optimal insulation and an efficient condenser for the Refrigerated Well. Utilizes the Hydro-Heater Food Rethermalizer/Bain-Marie Heater with “free-flow” technology for an efficient and safe operation with a longer life for the Heated Well. Features simple controls for ease of use and adjustable setpoints to keep particular foods at their preferred temperatures. Includes a remote-mounted condensing unit and control panel for installing in more convenient and desirable locations.
