Accessibility Statement

We are working to:

• use semantic headings, labels and landmarks;
• provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
• support keyboard navigation and visible focus;
• maintain readable colour contrast and zoom/reflow;
• provide accessible names and adequate target sizes for controls;
• make forms, errors and status messages understandable to assistive technology;
• review documents and third-party components;
• include accessibility in design, development and content review; and
• offer a contact route and reasonable alternative where a barrier remains.

Hospiverse is undergoing remediation and does not yet claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Known areas requiring continued work include some carousel controls, form-label associations, keyboard-focus presentation, small interactive targets, older pages and third-party/payment components.

Some supplier content, external links, embedded media and payment interfaces are provided by third parties. We will make reasonable efforts to select accessible providers and offer an alternative route where practical, but we do not control every independent service.

If you cannot complete a task or access information, tell us the page, task, assistive technology/browser if comfortable, and preferred format/contact method. We will acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide a reasonable response or alternative as soon as practicable.
